Islamiah College is a Government Aided Minority Institution ever since its inception. The salary grant of Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff is paid regularly by the Government of Tamil Nadu through the Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Vellore. The person in-charge of this section has to prepare the salary claim bill every month and submit it to the Joint Director of Collegiate Education for approval and release of the grant. The maintenance of all records including Service Register of the staff is the responsibility of the section. It looks after appointment orders, joining reports, sending proposals to RJDCE, seeking qualification approval from the University, verifying the genuineness of the certificates, annual increments, loss of pay, surrender of leave salary, maintenance of Aided Colleges Provident Fund accounts / ledgers, preparing pension proposals and claiming of retirement benefits.
