78TH GRADUATION DAY (PHASE-1)

The 78th Graduation Day (Phase-1) of Islamiah College (Autonomous), Vaniyambadi, was held at the Allama Iqbal Auditorium, today, October 19, 2024. Mr.L.M. Muneer Ahmed, Secretary and Correspondent declared the graduation day open.
 
Dr. T. Afsar Basha, Principal, welcomed the gathering and presided over the Graduation Day Function. 
Dr.S. Khader Nawaz, Vice Principal (Academics), introduced the Chief Guest.
 
The Chief Guest, Dr. A. Malar, Joint Director of the Collegiate Education, Vellore Region, in her Graduation Day address she discussed the importance of students being well-prepared to overcome obstacles and persevering till they reach their objectives, in order to inspire the graduates to broaden their knowledge, comprehension and move beyond. She also cited a poem by Subramania Bharathi.
 
The graduands were presented by the respective department Heads and after the customary pledge, Degree Certificates were distributed by the Chief Guest Dr. A. Malar and Guest of Honour Dr.T. Mohammed Ilyas, Advisor and Former Principal, Islamiah College (Autonomous), Vaniyambadi,
The Ceremony concluded with the National Anthem.
