The program commenced with a warm welcome to the Chief Guest, Dr. Mohamed Faisal Peeran, a renowned Scientist in Plant Pathology from the ICAR - Indian Institute of Spices Research, Kozhikode, Kerala along with esteemed Guests of Honour:

Program Highlights
- Inauguration Ceremony: The program began with an inaugural speech by the Chief Guest, Dr. Peeran, who emphasized the importance of environmental conservation and the role of tree planting in combating climate change.
- Panel Discussion: A panel discussion followed, where local leaders and experts shared their insights on sustainable practices, waste management, and the impact of deforestation. The guests of honour highlighted the collaborative efforts needed to promote a cleaner and greener Vaniyambadi.
- Tree Plantation Drive: After the panel discussion lead to the initiating discussions, participants engaged in thereafter a tree plantation drive on the entire Vaniyambadi surrounding areas, including native species that will thrive in the local ecosystem. This hands-on activity encouraged community involvement and awareness about the significance of biodiversity.
- Environmental Cleanliness Initiatives: The Enviro Club also organized activities focused on environmental cleanliness, including a clean-up drive around the college and nearby areas. Students and faculty members participated enthusiastically, planning the future in educating the community on waste disposal by engaging them avoid litter making them responsibility for the community.
