About the Department
The Department is having four decades of glorious history; started as B.A (Corporate Secretaryship) in the year 1982 with 50 students, under the headship of Dr. Md Galib Hussain with eminent faculty team made up of Gundu. Arif Ahmed, H. Md. Iqbal, H. M. Khadeer and Dr. M.H. Jawahirullah. Over the years the Department underwent various developments and changes . Firstly, the name of the course was changed to B.C.S. (Bachelor of Corporate Secerateryship) in the year 1994. Again in 2005 the course was renamed as B.Com (Corporate Secretaryship). In the year 2010-2011 yet another milestone exercise was undertaken by the Management of our College, to make the course even more attractive and contemporary, thus the course has been changed to B.Com (Computer Applications)
