Islamiah College Committee

This Committee comprises of fifteen members including Principal as ex-officio member, is elected by the Executive committee of the Vaniyambadi Muslim Educational Society once in three years. The Secretary of the College Committee is elected by the General Body. The powers and functions of the Committee are in accordance with the provisions of Tamil Nadu Private College Regulation Act / Rules of 1976. This Committee has the powers to Appoint both Teaching and Non-Teaching staff, Disciplinary action against the members of the staff, dismissal etc. One of the functions of the Committee is to ensure the compliance of the employees Code of Conduct which is displayed in the College website ( Click here for Code of Conduct) and Communicated to all employees. It has the responsibility to initiate action against any violation of the Code of Conduct by any Staff. The maintenance of discipline in the College Campus, providing conducive atmosphere for educational development, ensuring the observance of all rules and regulations of the Government and providing infrastructural facilities are the main functions of the College Committee.
